1. Overview of the Factory

Our recycling plant is built around a modular, transportable, high-efficiency pyrolysis system – Model NTP-p/r.

It is engineered to convert rubber and plastic waste into valuable secondary raw materials with 99.9% recycling efficiency.

The system is fully automated, energy-autonomous and designed according to EU safety and environmental standards.

    4. Main Products

🔥 Pyrolysis Fuel (Oil)

A superior alternative to M100 fuel oil with:

  • 25–30% higher calorific value

  • Very low viscosity

  • Freezing point down to –33°C
    Used in: industrial furnaces, boilers, heat generators, incinerators.

    ⚫ Technical Carbon

Usable in:

  • Rubber manufacturing

  • Asphalt additives

  • Paint & pigment industry

  • Activated carbon production

    🧵 Metal Cord

Cleaned and separated during unloading, ready for resale as scrap steel.

6. Pyrolysis Recycling Process

(Standard Cycle for a 2-Reactor Plant)

  1. Loading of raw materials

  2. Reactor heating

  3. Low-temperature pyrolysis

  4. Gas condensation (three-stage cooling)

  5. Uncondensed gas recirculation

  6. Reactor cooling

  7. Carbon black unloading (dust-free)

  8. Metal cord extraction

  9. Pyrolysis oil storage

    A full cycle typically lasts 8–13 hours depending on material type.
