FAQ

Our TCC plants can process end-of-life tires, rubber waste, mixed plastic waste (PP, PE, PS, PET with mix limitations), and certain polymer-based industrial materials.

A single NTP-type line processes up to 5,000 tons of waste per year, depending on feedstock type and operating hours. Multi-line systems can scale beyond 20,000 tons annually.

Our systems convert waste into:

  • Synthetic fuel (pyrolysis oil)

  • Secondary carbon black (SCB)

  • Metal scrap from tires

  • Clean pyrolysis gas used internally as energy

Most clients achieve a return on investment within 2–3 years, depending on waste sourcing, product sales and local fuel/carbon prices.

Thanks to ACSTP full automation, only 2–3 operators are needed per shift to run a complete TCC line.

Yes. Our plants comply with the UK Environmental Agency requirements and the EU Industrial Emissions Directive (IED).
Emissions are purified up to 99.9% through our advanced scrubber system.

Yes. We provide full training during commissioning on plant operation, safety, maintenance, and automation controls.

A leveled concrete surface, electrical power supply, ventilation, and storage tanks for fuel/SCB. We provide a full site-preparation guide.

Yes. The system uses its own pyrolysis gas to fuel the heating process, reducing overall energy costs.

Most clients achieve return on investment within 2–3 years, depending on feedstock supply and product pricing.
